Having personally lived a life sampling temporary abodes on no fewer than five continents, she transformed that experience into expertise. Your Co-Host: Luvia is originally from Guatemala but spent 9 transformative years in the United States teaching Spanish. She is a loving wife and a proud mother to a son who is diligently pursuing a career in medicine. Professionally, Luvia serves as an executive assistant for a non-profit organization that focuses on educating underprivileged students by supporting families who make a living scavenging recyclables in the garbage dump. Known for her unparalleled organizational and communication skills, Luvia goes above and beyond, striving to make every interaction, every event, and every stay a 5-star experience.

It features floor to ceiling windows on both levels and 4 unique patio spaces from which to enjoy the flora, fauna, and natural beauty. Situated on a private lot away from other cabins, guests will enjoy nothing but serenity and uninterrupted vistas. Fully outfitted with smart devices, 'The Overlook' is designed to optimize the guest experience.

Located on Ski Mountain in highly coveted Chalet Village, guests will have the use of 3 clubhouses with seasonal outdoor pools, tennis & pickleball courts, a gym, a playground and other recreational activities. Just minutes off the Parkway guests can easily visit all of the attractions of Gatlinburg (10 min), entrance to the National Park (10 min), Ober Gatlinburg (7 min) and Pigeon Forge (15 min).
