Ok, but I was not expecting to pay for the meal considering the cost of the room. I did not find anything special about the food.

We stayed here one night coming home from overseas. the shuttle came when we called about 5 minutes later. we booked our early shuttle for the next morning when we checked in due to the number of people checking in and airline crew. No breakfast for us due to early departure, would stay if needed again. comfy room and efficient check in.

Stayed here for one night as flew in from FL and flight from JFK the next day. Didn’t want to risk bad weather so flew to NYC day before. Was expecting ho hum room but instead it was perfect. Very clean, quiet and comfy bed. Breakfast usual hotel fare but we weren’t expecting more. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

the shuttle took an hour to collect from the airport then another hour to get to the hotel via every terminal - i should have booked a taxi.
The hotel is OLD and very expensive for what it is which is essentially a roadside motel. the carpets are dirty and as old as the building and smell . The photos on the website do not reflect reality. the receptionist was not friendly, very grumpy and dint care to answers questions.
fast food available outside. no restaurants close by. For an airport hotel, id spend the additional $100 and stay at the Marriot or TWA.
THIS HOTEL IS NOT AS ADVERTISED and bookings.com should take more time to vet the hotels they represent. Everything about this hotel is stuck in the '70's
I would have rated this hotel as excellent except that the shuttle from the airport was so poor. We waited at the airport for long enough to recall to the hotel twice to ask where the shuttle was. When it arrived, the driver only reluctantly left the cab to open the doors and help with bags. We then drove around a number of other arrivals where there was no-one waiting, and only finally arrived st the hotel 1 Hour Later! Sort this problem out and we would up our rating as the hotel was good value for money and perfectly acceptable.
I deeply appreciated Greg, who answered the phone when I called about the shuttle, followed up on the shuttle when I called again after 30 minutes, and took wonderful care of us when we arrived at the hotel after over 24 hours of traveling. I also appreciated Eddie, the shuttle driver, and the shuttle service. Lastly, I so appreciated the breakfast/juices and coffee that were available late into the afternoon.
My wife and I went to a wedding in Atlantic Beach on Saturday and needed to be in Flushing Queens on Sunday, so we decided to book a room at the Five Towns Inn. It was in the perfect location for our needs, reasonably priced, clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed for a good night's stay.
Staff were really nice and polite. Easy no drama check in. Hotel is about 15 minutes away from JFK. Shuttle was convenient if you can spot it when it gets to your terminal. Took about 15 minutes from the time we called to arrive. The shuttle was on time for our departure in the morning.
Shuttle service pickup hourly. It would have been useful to know that the shuttle was clearly marked with the name of the hotel on it, instead of the information on booking.com that the shuttle is usually white or burgundy. Coffee and tea were available in the reception area.
I loved everything starting from the nicest shuttle driver to the receptionist and housekeeping ladies....everyone makes you feel at home...i loved the location of the hotel which is walking distance from everything you need from shopping to dining.....
Nice hotel, good for a layover but not for extended stay. Food nearby and a great place to freshen up. Breakfast provided and good shuttle service. The receptionist was really helpful and lent me their charger when my phone was nearly out of battery
The location was good, at least for my needs to get around Cedarhurst. There are plenty of shops nearby and also fast-food locations. The hotel is really quiet considering the proximity to JFK.
Great place to stay for an ealry morning flight out of JFK. Shuttle was on time and was easy to catch. Yes the hotel is a bit dated, but it is comfortable and clean and the staff was efficient.
The hotel is what you need to stay for a layower. You have bed, chair and stuff like that. Nothing more. Good for those who just want to sleep in their room, nothing more.
